The plain terms for using C0MP0UND. Dated 28 October 2026.
These terms are between you and BellaMadison Co. LLC, Texas, USA ("we"). Using C0MP0UND means you agree to them.
Who may use it
C0MP0UND is for the members of a family, by invite from a keeper, or for someone starting a family of their own. You must be 13 or older to have an account. You give true details and keep your password to yourself.
The family decides. C0MP0UND records.
Big choices are family votes. C0MP0UND counts the votes and keeps the result. It never votes, breaks a tie or overrides a No. A vote, once cast, is final. The family's rules are the family's own decisions.
No money is held or moved
C0MP0UND keeps the family's records. It does not hold, move or send money. When the app shows a balance, it shows what the family has recorded, not money we are keeping for you. Paying a bill or moving money happens outside C0MP0UND.
No promises about outcomes
We do not promise any result for your family's money. Numbers, estimates and ranges in the app, including the Tax Set-Aside and anything the AI guide says, are for the family to look at and decide on. They are not a promise, and the guide explains but does not act. Check the records you rely on.
What you may not do
- Sign in as someone else, or reach another family's records.
- Enter records you know are false.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, or work around how it limits access.
- Copy the service, or use it to sell or share another person's data.
- Use it to harass or shame another member.
If a member breaks these, we may pause that account.
Ending an account
You can end your own account at any time in the app (Mine, then Your data, then Delete my account). What goes and what stays is on the Privacy page. The family's records carrying your name stay, because the record belongs to the family.
Our side
We work to keep C0MP0UND running and the records safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the app instead of checking the records, or for anything outside C0MP0UND. Nothing here limits what the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
The law of Texas, USA, applies to these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we tell members in the app before the change takes effect. Using C0MP0UND after that means you accept it.
