Seven things people ask, in the words of the task.

Ask for cash

Tap Ask, then Ask the Pot for cash. Type how much and what for, then tap Ask. Everyone in the family can see the ask, and a keeper answers Yes or No. An ask far above what is usual for that person alerts every keeper.

Pay a bill

Open The Pot, then Bills, then the bill. Tap Record as paid and confirm. This records the bill as paid. It does not move money. If you recorded one by mistake, Correct this entry adds a reversal and leaves the original in view.

See what the family is saving for tax

Open The Pot, then Tax Set-Aside. Everyone sees the total and each amount set aside, with the percent in force from its date. It is kept apart from bills and Personal Spending, and it is an estimate, not tax owed.

Vote

A vote that waits on you is on the Needs you shelf on Today. Open it and read the exact wording of what is being decided. Choose Yes, No or Stand aside, which are drawn the same size, then confirm. A cast ballot is final.

See my share of the Trust

Open The Trust, then My seat. Your share shows as a percent first, and the family list shows everyone's. Your Statement is in the same door. Someone who is outside any family opens straight to their share.

Change how we run it

Open The Table, then How we run it. Each rule shows who agreed and when. A keeper makes the change, and with more than one keeper it goes to a vote. Every change is logged where everyone can see it.

Someone is moving out

A keeper starts Someone is moving out from The Table, under People. The Pot is paused and C0MP0UND prepares a full export for the family and for any lawyer. Their share of the Trust stays theirs. If they ever come back, they get a new linked record and what was agreed when they left is not reopened.
